When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your name, date of birth and contact details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure. If your personal details change after registration, you are responsible for updating them through the account settings.
77kk may request identity and payment verification documents at any stage, including before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Standard verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account restriction. This process exists to protect players from fraud and unauthorised account access.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. 77kk will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately and change your password. 77kk cannot be held liable for losses arising from failure to maintain password confidentiality.
77kk processes all deposits and withdrawals in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is displayed at the time of transaction. No foreign currency conversion is applied — what you deposit in PKR is what appears in your account balance.
Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, you should contact support with your transaction reference number. 77kk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network issues outside the platform's control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification where applicable. 77kk aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, with JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast transfers typically settling within minutes to a few hours. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing times.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 77kk may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified before any such fee is applied. The fee will not reduce the balance below zero.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available at 77kk are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts and validity periods. These terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be read before opting into any offer. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the associated terms.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games and contribution percentages are stated on each promotion. Games such as live casino tables and certain table game variants may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all toward wagering requirements — this is specified per promotion.
77kk monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using low-risk or hedged betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, and colluding with other players to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided and the account reviewed.

Bets placed at 77kk are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the selection, stake and odds are correct before confirming a bet. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be edited or cancelled. In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect confirmation, 77kk reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. 77kk offers sports betting markets covering cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments — as well as football, esports and other sports. Market availability may vary by event and timing.
A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within a specified period, a market is suspended due to a data error or integrity concern, the event is affected by confirmed match-fixing, or a technical error resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed. Voided bets have their stake returned to the account balance.
In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events and are clearly marked. Odds in live markets update in real time. 77kk reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice. Any bets placed during a period of suspended odds will be voided if it is determined they were placed on outdated prices due to a system lag.
Maximum bet limits apply per selection and may vary by sport, market type and event. These limits are visible during the bet placement process. 77kk reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits where unusual betting patterns are identified.
Casino games at 77kk are provided by third-party software suppliers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game rules, paylines, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and special features are described within each game's information panel. It is your responsibility to review the game rules before wagering.
If you experience a disconnection during a casino game or live casino session, the game round in progress at the time of disconnection will be completed according to the game's standard logic. Results are recorded server-side and will be visible in your transaction history upon reconnection. 77kk cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your device or internet connection.
Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Table availability, opening hours and bet limits may vary by table type. Bingo tickets purchased for a scheduled game are non-refundable once the game has started. The auto-daub feature marks numbers automatically on your cards. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77kk platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
77kk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is a reasonable belief that these terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud, the balance may be held pending investigation. Where a suspension is found to be in error, the account will be reinstated and any held balance released.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed. Account closure does not affect any obligations already entered into under these terms, including outstanding wagering requirements attached to claimed bonuses.
Upon account closure, your real-money balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.
